Whilst we offer an alternative to the Executive Search firms some of our clients still want us to deliver the whole process. This means we create the solution design, write the briefing pack and job description, design the advert or research solution, generate interest from relevant potential candidates both passively and those actively looking, assess the candidates against designed competencies, recommend who should be met for a shortlist and negotiate and manage the offer process.
We like to incorporate technical specialists and behavioural experts when doing our assessments eg functional/sector experts for particular roles (from within our own extensive network), who can then calibrate with the behavioural specialist. The cost of this additional service is absorbed within our fee, when offered by other Search firms, it is invariably an additional charge.
Overall our range of services afford the client a choice based on their criteria whether that be comprehensiveness, best practice or cost.
